We would like to break down our visits using fields not currently passed to CRM, that we would extract from the contact field like the organisation, but also custom fields we have on the contact like persona, paid status, etc

I realise I could a use a workflow or Zoho flow action to do this, but given there is so much data that seems like a lot of overhead and was hoping I could do it on the initial record creation.
