Paying thru Zoho

I just received an invoice from my supplier Simplewan in AZ and it has been impossible to pay neither by CC or paypal,

Looks like there's a problem!

We were unable to process the payment because the billing address of the card holder does not match with the address entered.

Simplewan & Zoho say there's no problem, so why doesn't it work ...
I find this very unflexible and unconvenient, zoho is not up to its promises I'm afraid, won't recommend it ...
