Payment Options

I am new to Zoho Invoicing. I own a small outdoor advertising business and I am very interested in using this program for my invoicing needs. I would like to give my customers the option to pay their bill via bank to bank payment but NOT via credit cards (as I don't want to give up the 2.9% fee). Is there an option in Zoho to only allow this or is this something I would have to set up in Paypal (or someother payment tool)?
