Payment reminders sent twice

Hi,

I just noticed that several payment reminders were sent out twice over the weekend. The first batch were sent at 23.08h GMT on Sunday night and then the same reminders were sent at 00.08h GMT on Monday morning. It's a little embarrassing to send the same reminder to the client twice within 1 hour, so please can you investigate this bug and try and make sure that it doesn't happen again?
