paypal error - purchase could not be completed

I sent an invoice and when the customer clicks on the PayPal link, the following error shows:
The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.

I set up the payment gateway in Zoho. Any idea what I've done wrong?
