"Percentage" of "Running Total" in "Sum" from Pivot Table?

"Percentage" of "Running Total" in "Sum" from Pivot Table?

Hello,

From the below table , I have already added a Running Total of values (Col 1, Col 2 & Col 3)
Now, I would like add another columns next to each Columns with the percentage of those Running Totals respective to the last column (Total of Col 1 + 2 + 3).

Please let me know how can I get this.
