"Pinning" a Note
It would be really helpful to have a way to "Pin" a note to the top of the notes section. This is really important when you have something important about someone and do not want the note to get buried farther and farther down the note stream. For instance: I have a candidate who is allergic to cats so I make a note and I make sure it stays in the TOP position in the notes so I never send her to a work environment that has cats. Or I have a candidate who can never work on Saturdays. I Pin the note to the top of the notes section that says "This candidate can't work on Saturday". These are notes that are VERY important to the job but are unique to the candidate for us to know about.
