Placeable table of content

Placeable table of content

hi people

if i insert the table of content it is placed at the top of document
i wanna place it at page 3
the index should be placeable at custom site.. or in other words after a custom amount of page breaks
as in google docs
the table of content title should be formatable

actualy if i insert the table of content at a custom place by html edit
it will be placed at the top of document again after a refresh

this should be changed
and i wanna get the title in H1 format ... this should be more customable
