Placeholder for Month Name to use in email template

Placeholder for Month Name to use in email template

Hi,

I do not see "Month Name" as a placeholder to use in the email template area.  Is there something that I could use that will autofil in the email template I have something like "Invoice for the month of %Month Name% 2018"?
