Please add less harsh sounds, or allow us to add custom sounds to SalesIQ chat.

The included SalesIQ chat sounds are harsh to my ears (and I have tried them all).

Please add some gentle sounds, or allow us to use custom sounds for items like Incoming Visitor Chat.
