Please assist with web to lead issue

Hi there,

Before I start - I am speaking from an end-user perspective. I have a developer working on my site - so I'm not too clued up with the coding bits.

We have a web-to-lead form for enquiries on a new Toyota Etios at http://www.toyota-etios.co.za . The developer probably has some sort of javascript form to handle the form - as it pops up in a box, when clicking enquire. The form code is based on the Zoho generated code. All goes well when submitting the info, but the data doesn't get imported into Zoho after submitting.

As a test - I created a simple html form with the code at http://www.toyota-etios.co.za/form.html - this is a standard form format. When submitting here - The data was instantly imported into Zoho. There is obviously something in the 1st pages form format - that's obstructing the data coming through. Please could someone point me in the right direction.
Our main site is at http://www.durbansouthtoyota.co.za - and there are many forms in this format - And I'd like to migrate all our enquiry forms to web-to-lead forms.
