For the love of God, Please make an investment into basic personalization.
Dear Zoho,
I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way, given I've this request in your support fromuns dating back to the early 89's but it seems like all the products out there have a major flaw when it comes to customizing basic items like emails, forms, and templates. Each module has its own limited fonts or options for branding with zero consistency.
1992 is getting really upset that your still stealing their style and ripping their killer templates.
But seriously, it would be a game-changer if Zoho One offered a Global Theme option that could be applied across all applications, saving users from having to create and add their logo 50 times. Even something as simple as a global address or phone number would be incredibly helpful.
Let's step up our branding game and make customization easier for everyone. I mean really guys, how hard is it just to turn the ability for us users to have access and choices from the Google Fonts library in each application?

A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
