Is it possible to prompt Zia to query on any information stored in the CRM, especially on the data stored in custom text fields?
My use case is the people in my organisation have entered lots of text in custom text fields to capture information from an interaction with a company or business contact and they want to be able to use GenAI to freely query for anything they am looking for, e.g. are there any companies or business contacts that need investment help?, which companies or business contacts are looking for an introduction to an investor?, what should I know about the key discussion points with company XYZ when I am going to meet them to discuss topic ABC? The query depends on the person's role and their use case. There's also a lot of data that is stored in CRM fields, e.g. picklist, multi-select, lookups etc. that give the context.
I have created custom text fields instead of using Zoho's Notes Related List component because I want to have placeholder topics to remind myself to cover certain recurring topics.
Does Zoho CRM's GenAI-powered functionality support this use case? If not, are there plans to? If it's supported, please provide instructions on how to access this
This functionality would be super valuable as it gives us the freedom to harness the power of the organisation's collective knowledge stored in the CRM.
