Post your documents to WordPress.org from Zoho Writer

Hi Zoho Writer users,

We've rolled out a new WordPress extension that will enable you to post Zoho Writer documents to your self-hosted WordPress site.

Here's how you can use the extension:

  1. Install the Zoho Flow WordPress plugin in your organization's account. You can install the plugin in two ways.

    • Install the plugin in WordPress.org:

      1. Open WordPress and click Add New in the Plugins menu.

      1. Search for Zoho Flow and click on the Zoho Flow plugin to initiate the installation.

    • Download and install the plugin

      1. Download the plugin from this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/zoho-flow/

      1. Click Upload Plugin in WordPress' Plugins menu.

      1. Upload the zip file.

  1. Install WordPress.org extension from Zoho Marketplace in Zoho Writer. (By default, it'll be pre-installed for all Zoho Writer users)

  1. Authenticate the extension with your base URL and API key.

    • (Note: You can authenticate only one WordPress site at a time)

  1. To generate the base URL and API key, click Zoho Flow in your WordPress site and choose WordPress.org.

  1. Add title, description, and tags to your post and choose from a list of categories to post your Writer documents to WordPress.org after successful authentication.

If you're using Jetpack plugin for posting to WordPress.org use Zoho Writer's WordPress.org extension to save cost.

Try the WordPress.org extension and let us know your suggestions and feedback in the comments section below or email us at support@zohowriter.com or support@eu.zohowriter.com.

Note: This is available in US DC for now.

From Team Writer, a Happy New Year to you all!
