Let me start with an example:

Let's say, we have an item "A" invoiced to a customer "X", at the system price "P".

Next time, the same customer bought the item "A" again from us at a reduced price "R".

The third time this customer buys the same item, the system should show both prices, system price "P", and the last time price, "R". This way we can choose the price to give this customer, either "P" or "R".

The above feature was there in Quick Books that we were using earlier. Kindly check how they are doing it, and how we can implement this feature in Zoho, in general, or for us, in specific.

We need to implement this feature urgently, as the chances of error while invoicing repeat customers for repeat orders of the same item.
