Printing an Invoice in Portrait A4 from Zoho CRM

I'm having difficulty with printing out my invoice in Zoho CRM.  I want to print it in A4 portrait but so far the only way I can manage to do that is to email myself and "quick print" the attached PDF.  If I print straight from the platform it's missing the information from the right hand side of the invoice.  If I save it as a PDF and try to print it (either as portrait or landscape) the invoice is squashed into the top left corner of a landscape page.   How do I print the invoice in A4 all the time rather than having to email it to myself all the time?
