Hello all, i was hoping someone can help me (Bigin support has failed so far)

I'm trying to synchronise Bigin contacts with 365 contacts.  i've followed the instruction in the link below and add and activated the contacts as image below but when i had new contacts to 365 they are not replicated in Bigin as marketing and explanation of features say. 

Have you seen this problem before and how have you fixed the issue?
