Problem when trying to add a Resume

Hi, 
I noticed a problem when trying to import a resume of someone who is working in two companies up to date.
Zoho Recruit doesn't allow me to proceede, the ATS thinks it's a some kind of an error or mistake and that the candidat can't be working in two places at the same time.
