I want to shed some light with a problem we have encountered in the syncronization between Zoho Books and Zoho CRM. When you have two customer with the exact same name (first name and last name) and you have the sync configuration in overwrite the sync only takes the name and overwrites the data from one account in the other. 

We had to modify the name of one customer to avoid this, but it is not a perfect solution

First and Last Names are not unique, so I think Books and CRM should have another field to sync between them. Email is a very good candidate.
