Problem with date imports

I have reports scheduled to import into Zoho from Access. I am continuing to have issues with the dates getting imported incorrectly because it appears upon import Zoho is changing the date format. Date format should be mm/dd/yyyy based on my account preferences, but because Zoho is recognizing this as something different dates are being imported wrong. This has been happening randomly for almost a year on various reports, and always on different columns of data; and tends to arise again as an issue after Zoho makes an update. PLEASE do something to make this stop happening in the future. It creates a huge mess on our end, and we may consider switching to another Bi such as Power BI in the future if this issue persists
