Today i spoke with one of your stuff on chat and informed him that we put all the invoices on the Zoho Books, but we cannot see them (fetch) on Zoho CRM. He informed me that we have to put the invoices on Zoho CRM and then to fetch them on Zoho Books and what i was doing before it was wrong.
So according to his instructions we delete the invoices from Zoho Books and add them on Zoho CRM, but still nothing worked.
When i try to use again your online chat facility i have the same operator as before and he did not even reply, just send a link. THIS PERSON IS INPOLITE AND NOT SUITABLE FOR THIS POSITION. HOW YOU ARE CALLING YOURSELVES CRM PROVIDERS AND YOU CANNOT HANDLE YOUR OWN PERSONEL. THIS PERSON GIVE US WRONG DIRECTION AND HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!!
After for 3RD Time, i spoke with another operator and she informed me that what i am doing is wrong and i have to put the invoices on Zoho BOOKS and fetch them on Zoho CRM and of course that work fine, finally.
Now my problem is that on Zoho books i delete the invoices and cannot restore them, your last chat operator informed me that maybe there is a chance to help me and restore them.
My final Question is :
HOW YOU CAN CALL YOUR COMPANY CRM PROVIDERS IF YOU CANNOT EVEN ORGANISE YOUR OWN STUFF AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY SAY OR WHAT THEY DOING, CAUSING PROBLEMS TO OTHER COMPANIES. THIS MISTAKE COST US 3 DAYS OF WORK OF 2 PEOPLE!
I already purchased 3 licences for this CRM system and another 3 for Zoho Books. You should respect me and my company as a clients and provide better solutions.
And as we talk about problems, you still do not solve the case 2718899 ( Dated 19/08) : . This thing is unacceptable.
Also the same problem on a different case Number 2665746 (Dated 08/08). So we have 2 cases with the same problem. The reason that i open a second case on 19/08 is because, as i mention before your support is one of the worst i've seen and also because i send you all the requested emails and still you did not resolve it.
