[Product Update] Introduction of Task Lists Module in Zoho Projects Integration

Dear Customers,

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our integrations, we’re introducing support for the "Task Lists" module in the Zoho Projects integration with Zoho Analytics.

Currently, Task List-related information is available within the Tasks module using the fields "Tasklist ID" and "Tasklist Name". With this enhancement, "Task Lists" will now be available as a separate module, and both the "Tasks" table and the "Task Lists" table will be linked via the "Tasklist ID", enabling more granular and structured reporting.

Please note that effective May 15, 2025, the fields "Tasklist ID" and "Tasklist Name" will be deprecated in subsequent data syncs. However they will continue to exist in the Tasks module to ensure existing reports remain functional, but the data in these fields will no longer be updated. These fields should be replaced with the new "Tasklist ID" and "Tasklist Name" fields from the "Task Lists" table.

We recommend that existing customers review their reports and make the necessary adjustments to ensure continued data accuracy.
