I'm having some difficulty figuring out how to use this particular placeholder in my email templates.  In my Invoices, I have the field for "Project" checked, and fill in the name of the project as I do for all other fields in the invoice.  This is not a custom field, but rather one that seems to be a standard optional field in Zoho.  

 The project name that I enter in this field, however, does not for some reason associate with the placeholder %projectname%...  in which case, wherever I use this placeholder in a template, it comes up blank.

Any ideas for either (a) which placeholder I should be using (instead of %projectname%) for the text that I enter into this field, or (b) how I can add a new/alternative field to my invoices that associates itself with the %projectname% placeholder?
