Hi, I've previously engaged a Zoho Developer to build a Property Listing Management Application. But he developed halfway and then went 'missing'. I'm left with a half built apps. Could anyone pls help to complete? My budget is abt $800. My requirements are as follows. He has completed the Listing and Property Search and Filter. But he hasn't completed the generation of templates functionality. I think this is the part that requires most effort. Pls let me know. Thanks. Requirements: (12.1) Listing Search & Filter [Done] a) Allow multiple select of listing search result records b) Generate the following report template (through selection) in PDF and/or Microsoft Word and/or Excel [Incomplete] (12.2) Building / Property Search & Filter [Done] a) Allow multiple select of building / property search result records b) Generate the following report template (through selection) in PDF and/or Microsoft Word and/or Excel pdf [Incomplete] (12.3) Management Report (accessible by administrators only) [Incomplete] - Monthly Rental and Sales Guide - using Asking Rental Guide template - Daily Report Download Activity Log - shows which users have generated which templates for which potential and how many records on a daily basis. (12.4) Mass Upload of Property and Listing Records (accessible by administrators only) - Allow mass upload of records using excel or csv - During upload, should use latest record of the same property and listing. Should also 'deactivate' old records rather than delete them. - The Admin page should allow the standard create, update, and delete functionality of individual records. This page should also allow multiple create, update and delete functionality of individual records. - The upload can only be done by the Admin. The standard user (agent) cannot upload the Property and Listing records. (12.5) Linkages with Zoho CRM (accessible by agents and administrators) - Allow user to select the Potential which he is generating the template for. - Allow user's details to be displayed in the template selected.
