Hi, I'm looking to create a data base to cover the listing of new property and progression of new applicants for properties, so would be a series of say 6/7 forms to complete online, but editable by team members during the progress - also need to have email alerts / automated for various things such as landlord orders for gas safeties / maintenance etc as well as automated referencing emails
