Pushing entries from forms to CRM

Pushing entries from forms to CRM

Hi,

while pushing a new record from Zoho Forms to Zoho CRM, I would like to push also Entries from zoho forms  to a Related List of CRM. I’ve follow all step but it doesn’t working . The related list does’nt receive any entries.
I need help
