Question about Data Retention in Zoho Analytics after Importing

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working with Zoho Analytics and encountered a query that I hope this community can help me with. When importing data into Zoho Analytics, there's an option for "Cleanup" which allows selection of the data's age. I have two key questions about this:

When I import data for a specific period (e.g., the last 3 months), does Zoho Analytics store this data indefinitely, or is it programmed to delete the data once it surpasses the selected age range?

My ideal scenario is to import data only from the past 3 months but retain it in Zoho Analytics indefinitely, or at least until I choose to delete it manually. Is this possible within the current functionality of Zoho Analytics?

Any insights or experiences with similar situations would be greatly appreciated. Understanding how Zoho Analytics manages data retention post-import will significantly aid in planning our data strategy.
