Questions About Zoho Invoice

HI there, just wanted to know if Zoho Invoice has the ability to calculate tax paid on invoices in one financial year rather than tax on invoices in one year, this meaning paid invoices. Our tax laws are setup to record paid sales and not invoiced sales, so we would only need to calculate tax on paid invoices in one year.

Also is there the ability to offer customers a 5% discount on invoices if paid within 30 days? If the invoice is not paid within 30 days then the full ammount is outstanding?
