QuickbookOnline Zoho Inventory Integration - access to settings not working

Hi,

I am currently facing issues with tax mapping between Quickbook Online and Zoho Inventory. For some reason, access to the settings is not available and an error message is saying to contact support. I have an ongoing ticket active with support since end of september and do not have an update. Can this be solve fast please.
