QuickBooks integration -- only exporting the Contacts (Customers) when starting the integration

We only have about 10 to 15 customers in ZOHO CRM (stored in Contacts).  However, we have 20,000 contacts in the Contacts Module. 

We we start the integration with QuickBooks will be able to limit the Contacts export to just our Customers or selected Contact records as outlined below in your training documents?

How we take records for integration?

Import - At very first Import (from QB to CRM), we will import all records. After that on further import, we will import the records modified after your last import.
Export All records - At very first Export, we will export all records to QB. Then on next export onwards we will export the records modified after your last export
Export Selected Records - At very first, we will export all selected records. On further export, we will export the records which are modified (among selected records) after your last export.
