Radio buttons on candidate forms

Radio buttons on candidate forms

We'd like to include radio buttons in our candidate forms, but can't find the option. We're using True/False checkboxes but we'd like to see when something is marked false as well, which is not so clear using the checkboxes. 

Is there a way to include this?
