Random displays of Firstname/Lastname order throughout CRM
Has anyone else experienced a random display order of a client's firstname/lastname? For example, if you click on an "Account" and look at the associated contacts, you might see two contacts, one reading "Firstname lastname" and the other in the same account "Lastname firstname".
In all instances we have confirmed that they are input correctly in their contact detail (i.e.: their firstname and lastname are both correctly input in the right fields). What's the deal with this? Is there a solution, or is this a known bug?
On a side note, are their any plans to implement the customary comma when displaying names? In the United States, whenever a name is written with the last name first, it is always in the format of "Lastname, Firstname Middle Initial/name.
