Our mail service randomly fails to receive emails.
When certain domains proactively send emails, our sales team reports that they haven’t received those messages from clients.
This creates a financial risk for us in certain cases.
We’ve already submitted a ticket, but the engineers seem very busy.
Has anyone else experienced random missing emails?
I can confirm that I didn’t find these emails in the quarantine, and I’ve also disabled system-level spam filtering.
I suspect there might be some network-related issues with the mail service.
This significantly lowers our trust in the service.
Previously, our sales team mentioned that even free Gmail is more stable than this paid subscription.
