I feel like there needs to be quicker and easier access to recently accessed records. At the moment, we have to click this tiny little button in the bottom right corner. What if you hovered your mouse to the far right of the screen, the recently viewed records popped out as a column from the right and back in when not used. This is a really important feature and needs to be easily accessed and if possible without a click.
