Recruit Candidate CSV Import

Hello. I am trying to import a CSV from Indeed.com and keep getting "Choose a unique field to identify existing candidates. This will help you update the existing records from the file."  I can not find any instructions or help about this. I choose a tag but nothing different happens. Please advise.TIA
