Hello, 

I need help implementing a process for recycling leads after a set # days. 

In our current setup, we use a "New Lead" blueprint for sales seps to follow up and work leads that enter our CRM in a consistent manner. 

Once they reach the end of the cycle and are not converted, we typically let them hibernate for 90-180 days before reassigning a new rep to work those leads.

For this next "cycle"  we created a "Recycled Leads" blueprint which follows similar stages//transitions as new leads, just designed for ones that have been recycled. 

I've run into an issue to where I cannot place leads into the Recycled Blueprint, because they are stuck in the final stage of the "new lead" blue print and therefor the lead status cannot be updated once a record has entered a blueprint.  

Please help me find a solution to this.
