Article URLs can change when you move then to a different manual.

Zoho Learn should store an article´s old URLs and redirect to the current url when they are accessed. 

Why? Because people share articles with URLs. People with old URLs should be able to access the article.

Also, if you create a new article that happens to have the same old URL of another article, Zoho Learn should warn you so you can decide to change or overwrite.
