Referrals are the most critical part in any business and recruiting. It will be good to have referral module in staffing version of Zoho recruit. Is Zoho giving any thought into it? Staffing referrals and simppler are top companies that offer referrals service in recruitment industry. Would like be a great addition for all the businesses if Zoho can pick some examples from them and come up with a new referral module. Referrals are getting more and more critical as people are also getting tired of overload of information.
