Remote with Edge browser: "Look for an app in the store"

My remote assist session failed today because:  The end user, using Edge, was prompted with "You'll need a new app to open this zohoassistlaunch."   The only choice is "Look for an app in the store."  Screen shot attached.

I think I found a workaround; this post is to share my frustration when trying to guide a user into a remote session.  When he says "You'll need a new app...look... in the store"   Try using the online help.   I don't know what to tell him.  Should it be this hard?
