Reports and Data Cleanse

Hi All

I have been tasked with cleaning up our database and removing candidates that have not replied of been on contact for over 1 year. 

Does anyone know of a report I can run? The difficulty I am having is that if i run a report on last modified it takes into account the last time we emailed a candidate.

i simply want to run the report that shows me candidates that have not replied to us in over a year.
