My business is a broker that books reservations in Isla Mujeres Mexico. Inquiries come in through my website form and then I begin my search based on their requirements. I would like to have a web form that dynamically fills a database and has several different views. One view would be for the broker with all of the information collected from an inquiry. Another view would be an aggregation of some of the information for properties to see dates and amenities requested and then they reply to me for the ones they would like to offer the client. Another view would be the information needed in a printable contract after the reservation had been made. Other views would be profit and loss, data analysis on properties booked, and nightly rates offered, etc... When a client then books a particular property, that inquiry will then be removed from the aggregated list. I would like to discuss what is involved before offering a price.
