Retiring support for Facebook Jobs

Dear Customers,

This is to inform you that Facebook has announced the EOL for its “Facebook Jobs” service for all major ATS vendors by the 22nd of February 2022.

In regards to this, we have planned a downgrade of the Facebook integration from Zoho Recruit during 1st week of February.

For US and Canadian customers alone - You can still post jobs on Facebook through the Facebook website. Copy your Job Mail Box ID from Zoho Recruit and paste it into the Receive Applications by Email field in Facebook while creating a job. This will let you receive applications from Facebook to your Recruit account.

To get your Job Mail Box ID, navigate to [Job Opening] > Sourcing Summary > Job Mail Box.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. However, our other social media integrations are still available to help you nail that perfect hire.
