I would like to develop a risk management database for use with multiple commercial clients. I have an existing spreadsheet based system to be adapted to a database. I'll need a report generating system which uses drop down menus as filtering mechanisms. I'll need some guidance on the best way to sell the system. I'd prefer a licensing arrangement. I need it to look like a proprietary system with my own branding etc.
