Roles and Users - Other users see pay rate

Hello Zoho Invoice,

When using the time tracking feature does each user have access to the other users' pay rate?

When you click on a project, and view the content by User the pay rate is listed.  Do the other users see this as well?

If so, how do you prevent this?
