Hi,

I have seen this issue twice now on windows 10 machines, when I elevated to Run as Service, put the admin details in, the user accepts the prompt on their end and then nothing. it doesn't flip over to Run as Service mode.

You can try different sessions but same result. reboot and no change. 

in one case it just resolved itself after a couple of days. but it keeps happening to both old and new built machines.

Is this something where I need to delete the app data again in the users profile for Zoho ?

seems to be the answer to most issues so far.
