Sales : No logo in pdf exports

Sales : No logo in pdf exports

Hi


when I want to export a sales into a pdf, the logo doesn't appear in the pdf
instead of the logo appears a small broken icon, but if I selectet preview before impression, the logo is there.

I respected the Zoho rules : (- 580px X 250px @ 300dpi)
i tried jpg, png, gif... sames problem


Any help please?
