I have opened a ticket and spoke with someone who connected remotely. I recently upgraded my account hoping to get some more automation on processing orders. I connected eBay and had it do a sync, it will fetch items and sync inventory, but the sales order portion is stuck/broken. It says there is a sync in process and cannot initiate. It has been days and it is still broken. I have not received an update on my support ticket.
