SalesIQ cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified
the promoted SalesIQ Mac App is having a trouble to get installed:
I followed the link on https://www.zoho.com/salesiq/help/live-chat-for-your-desktop-and-mobile-devices.html which says Download on Mac App Store but it actually downoads a .dmg which then throws the error above (I am aware I can get around the security prompt on MacOS and install it anyway - but am not willing to compromise the OS security).
perhaps the Zoho team could tweak the app according to Apple security guidelines and also upload to the actual Mac App store so Mac users can get it directly from there (as other Zoho Mac desktop apps).
