We've installed the chat code on our website and it works great. Unfortunately, for clients using Microsoft Edge, the buttons do not animate (i.e. you click the button, it does what it should, but it does not appear to push down.), and client-side form validation is interefered with.  
No such issues for clients using Google Chrome.
