"Same as Above" Checkbox

"Same as Above" Checkbox

I have a form which requires both a Billing address and a Ship To address. We have a number of clients who fill out this form on a regular basis and have expressed frustration that there is no checkbox for "Same as Above" if the billing address and shipping address are the same, having to complete the Ship To address information when it's the same as the billing address.

Is there a checkbox for this, or a way to add a "Same as Above" checkbox without coding, from the editor?
